This is so unreal. There is a cab driver in this little town in British Columbia that I see most every day.... turns out he is the "Mighty" John Quinn and I just found this out today.

Just found this classic. I remember all build up too. It made every Brit hate Quinn and when Big Daddy beat him I bounced around the front room like a ball. Having found this video I think it ended earlier than expected. Big Daddy falls down hard on Quinn with his shoulder blade and I think he genuinly injured him. Great bout.

ah, "Big John Quinn" was a wrestling giant in Western Canada for Stu Hart's Stampede Wrestling in the early to mid 70's. he was our North American Champion a few times.

so that is were john Quinn went after he lived in rhyl i saw him "fight" against tony st clair in denbigh town hall must have been the early 80's
