Anal se and top and bottom roles are rooted in homophobia and an inferiority complex about heterosexuality. We are taught that sex is through sexual intercourse between a man and a woman, and gay culture followed suit. It is time that homosexuality find its own identity. It's time to stop using the anus as a vagina.
I apologize. I was ignorant of your grandfather's past condition and I'm really, really sorry that my comment happened to tread on that. I've lost three of my grandparents to cancers - I know what it feels like. And calling you an idiot was rude of me, so I'm sorry about that too.
That said, my point still stands. There's pleasure gained through contact with the prostate through a mans rectum. That's human anatomy. Your own personal grudge aside, you can't simply deny that.
Pulling me up on my spelling and calling anal sex 'disgusting' isn't disguising the fact you didn't actually counter anything I said. Also, I consider anal sex to be just as disgusting as the fact a man puts his penis in a woman's vagina - a place that bleeds once a month. Or that a man uses his penis at all, considering he urinates out of the same hole his semen is released.
In other words, I really don't find it that disgusting. If you do, that's your own personal opinion.
Okay, fine. The tail end of the 60's and the beginning of the 70's was indeed a sexual revolution - the first time people could really explore their sexuality. So in a way, you're right. People began acting on their natural sexual attraction more, and men were more open about their same-sex tendencies after being stifled for so many years. This is still related to a lack of information, not just because there was lots of sex though...
I apologize. I should have rechecked my facts before making this post - my school obviously mixed up their statistics. After reading your comment I did some research and found that 75% of people living with aids received this through heterosexual sex, not 95. But, in reply to the rest of your comment: The gay community being considered a high risk group is stigmatizing for the sake of justifying someone's homophobia. Everyone has to worry about STIs, not just gays.
The biggest spread of AIDS in these modern times is heterosexual sex. Heterosex makes 95 - 99% of all STIs spread, AIDS included.
It's not a matter of hetero or gay, it's a matter of vaginal or anal - heterosexual couples do anal sex as well. And with vaginal or anal sex, it's not a matter of what you're doing - it's a matter of how safe you are. Anyone can catch AIDS. That's why contraceptives exist.
Also, comparing anal sex with bestiality is crude and incredibly offensive.
Anal sex can be done safely and cleanly. It's called preparation, contraceptives and healthy bowls. And how would you know anal sex isn't pleasurable if you haven't done it, as you so clearly insinuated in your ridiculous bestiality comment? If you're going to argue something, at least do it accurately. This is just embarrassing.
You're clearly a complete idiot. First: the prostate is a gland, not an organ, second: do you know how they check for prostate cancer? By sticking a finger up your rectum, because they can feel if it's cancerous or not. The prostate is pressed right up against the rectum - close enough that a doctor can tell if its unhealthy simply by touching. That is basic anatomy, and the fact that you replied with that shows that you're both an idiot and that you didn't do your research.
Um, actually, yes they are. The main form of the spreading of AIDS is heterosexual sex - all over the world. Hetero sex spreads 95 - 99% of all STIs, AIDS included. The reason gays from the 60's, 70's and 80's got AIDS so much was because of a lack of education. The second homosexuality was actually talked about it became much safer and healthier.
If you're going to argue a point, at least research it. You just sound stupid now.
i was a skeptic on whether this video was good or not, clearly it is, nothing biggoted, I praise your effort here. (at least just this video).

"No it was because of rampant anal sex. Period."
