@MsChriztine Sorry, I thought you were a 'Bible-thumper' The 'stop it' is very true for all of us, Christian or otherwise - and yes, very liberating to realize that we in fact are in control of our own destiny. No matter what the belief, we can all serve ourselves well by just saying STOP IT sometimes. Such a funny skit, I saw it originally when on the show and have referred to it countless times since. Glad your're in a good space Ms.Christine - keep it going. :)

Hehe! It's not about finding Christ at all! It's for those who already found Christ but they still wimp and moan about their life cos they don't realise or forgotten that Christ has made their life completely new, so fears and our past should not be an issue anymore. It's very liberating truth actually, and for any Christian who's struggled with feeling that they will never be good enough or free from their past and had counseling when they really don't need to, could relate to this like me ;-)

I've not laughed this much in ages! I compare it to a Christian seeking inner healing, when really we should realise who we are in Christ and stop all the wallowing. It makes me laugh cos I'm now getting the liberating joy of the new covenant where there is no guilt, condemnation, shame, generational curses, addictions, for whoever is in Christ is a new creation, the old has gone and the new has come! So just stop it! ;-)
