@Marine17inlove Actually, the rifle jamming has nothing to do with the barrel or the flash hider. It jammed because we had horrible cleaning kits, and if you left a round in the chamber long enough, the gunpowder would dry up. The only reason they changed from the three-pronged flash hider to the birdcage was because the original caught on twigs and trees.

I like the XM16E1, but I'll replace the barrel with the A1 variants, still, I'll replace the birdcage flash hider and take the three prong. Therefore, it won't jams, and I have had a better looking rifle!
