I worked in Park Avenue, Richmond in the summer of 1990 - John was the DJ there at the time (he'd hardly remember but I was 1 of 2 Northern Irish girls who they took the piss out of cos of our accents, LOL) Anyway before we left he said he'd make a record eventually, naturally we took it with a large pinch of salt, so imagine my surprise when I saw him on TOTP 2 years later!! Congratulations to him, he did was he said he'd do & got more than his 15 mins of fame!!
