@alnuggy The late 70's early 80's porn industry and a dumb kid with a big dick that changed everything. But really, it's much more than that, one of the best movies of the 90's. Worth checking out.

I'm not getting the legal reasoning on how the soundtrack being used in film works. If the filmmaker buys the right to a song (to be played interrupted by conversation in the background of their scene), does this only apply on how the film is watched? Did PTA sign a contract saying the original owner of the music has the right to decide when and where the soundtrack of his film can be played--or was this his decision? Not expecting serious solutions answered here; just expressing--irritation.
