ALTSMOKE.COM OMEGA FOLLOWUP

all i can say, is that the Omega from AltSmoke.com is worth every penny i paid for it, 3.7v , 6v, an amazing switch , solid feel , good size, not as "clunky" feeling as the silverbullet. IT DOES TARNISH, quickly and frequently, mine started looking foggy on the 2nd day of use, and now it's become very tarnished on the base, while the top remains shiny. Chad said that some "gel gloss" will clean it up , i tried some Brasso with mixed results. Might give that another go soon. an 18650 with an LR atty has lasted me easily 9+ hours of solid vaping, 2 RCR123a batteries for 6v vaping don't last quite as long, roughly the same as any other 6v PV. but with a cartomizer it's a fantastic vape. well done Chad and Altsmoke. Very highly recomend getting this PV, even if you have a 6v mod, this is just to nice to pass up IMO

Hey. I just got the Omega and I am using an LR cartomizer on it. Are you not supposed to use LR's at 6 volts? because I did that and it tasted soooo gross. What's a good set up to have on the omega at 6 volts

@mlisnek yeah NEVER use LR at 6v , i'm surprised that your throat is still functioning after that. Get some 3.0ohm attys or cartos to use at 6v

I have been using the Omega for a month or so now. It vapes fine but the thing leaks badly. He talks about the rings catching the liquid, sometime maby but it often runs down the side on me. I only put 3 drops in at a time, the same way I did on my old 510 and it didnt give me problems.

@shaftwarren the problem isn't with your Omega, that has nothing to do with the leakyness of it , the leakyness comes from the atty.

You sure those AW 17670s are high drain? Black AWs are usually the standard kind.

Altsmoke's Omega now comes with a Chrome finish not the Nickel that was on the first 200 or so models. This doesn't tarnish from my experience, and is beautiful. Please like this so more people can see this and know that the new Omega does NOT have the tarnishing issues the first several Omegas had.

PureSmokers's PV's had to have their buttons recalled and the company sent out replacements to everyone, only to have them not work too which lead to a design change but customers left with bum PV's they wouldn't take back. This was a wide spread issue, not just me.

The only ecig I have not had any problems with is the SuperTManufacturing "Precise". It's the only company I now recommend. Sorry Altsmoke, I told you in comments section of this order ONE shot left, and you blew it.

Lastly, the Chrome Silver Bullet I just ordered has a button that "clicks" like its grinding or something, defiantly NOT like the button acts on my Black Silver Bullet which is smooth. It is the same button, but again, when I press it, the button feels like the spring under the button is grinding. Oh I forgot to mention, my BB USB pass had the bottom plug misaligned on a slight angle with a gap on one side. It seems like they have some serious quality control issues, which have gotten worse.

My BB USB-Pass cord crapped out after a few months of very light use, and I was told by CS I needed to buy a new one as it was normal wear and tear. I treat my stuff like gold and never had a power cord break so easily. My BB is now pitting too, just like the SB but not as bad; then again, I rarely use it which is probably why its not worse. I just ordered some carts and they only sent half the order even though it says status "complete". (Continued Below)

Since Feb 2010, I have spent a little under $500 on Altsmoke PV's. I own Two Silver Bullets, an Omega, a BB and a BB USB-Pass. Everything was in black accept my last order which was the second Silver Bullet. I CAN'T recommend Altsmoke anymore and will probably never order from them again. My original Black SB ended up pitting around the top, it turned white and the black anodized coating started coming off with noticeable pits. (Continued Below)

i got the omega v1.1 silver vain. it has a little play on the switch, but seems half as much as the one in this video. i dropped it so hard that the 510 connection on my carto just about popped off but not a scratch on the mod. i use it all day every day with an 18650 and it works great i love it. my only problem is that its a little to tall for the pockets on my bball shorts and thats only because my choice in carto and drip tip. over all thanks for showing me an awesome product
