An intersting version of Qigong, if it weren't for the irritating voice of the Narrator. Of Course, all forms of Qigong are beneficial for health. The only problem is the participants seem to have tight shoulders which completely blocks energy flow. The danger with being too 'spiritual' with QIgong is that you will neglect to practise it properly. You should try 'Spontaneous Qigong.' That will circulate your energy ....
Better to do yoga in water.
