Tai Chi Fan Dance is an internal art, combining elegant Tai Chi moves with Fan technique. The fan is a Chinese symbol of royal power. This form allows you to internalize that power.
This gentle, graceful and very easy to learn routine has13 major moves based on Yang Style. The graceful and easy routine benefits practitioners by strengthening the immune systems, regulating the circulatory systems, improving the respiratory systems, and balancing the nervous. It improves physical strength, calms the mind, releases stress from the nerves and cultivates an energizing Chi (energy) through the flowing Fan Dance. It's an art to enjoy your whole life!
Tai Chi Fan Form also offers the additional benefit by using its graceful movements to extend practitioner's Chi flow beyond their bodies and out to the edges of their fans. Thank you very much for uploading this video. The sound & picture quality are much better. I've been learning this about a year & half. In addition to taking lessons, this video was a great help to memorise the form/taolu orders. I thinks the title of this song is 中国功夫(Chinese Gong-Fu/Kung-Fu). It contains different styles of taichi, sword, spear, etc. movements & it's much fun to practice^^
