B. F. Skinner found that when tasks were broken down into small components, students progressed rapidly through increasingly difficult material because "steady progress is powerfully reinforcing." The materials in Montessori classrooms are organized and laid out in order by only the smallest increments of difficulty. This allows children to learn & discover on their own with very little instruction from the adult –while also insuring that there are no gaps in understanding (or the curriculum).

The only thing I find new is that someone writes a daily work diary. And this is the source for the whole analysis? Suspect...

This video is helpful for those who lack motivation with their workplace.
But another way to motivate employees is to recognize their accomplishments, that way, they'll go an extra mile for that progress.

Yes, this is primarily "commons sense" but it's increasingly difficult to ensure your teams have what they need: resources, time, respect, clarity, etc. It's a daily challenge. Hearing this explanation reinforces what I need to focus on (as a manager) daily.

Great video. Depressing too for I have never worked for an organization that follows those principles. It is all politics and backstabbing. The advice to go to a coffee shop to do you work is outrageous, yet it seems the only way to really do productive work. That is why I refuse to work for such a monkey organizations. I will not go out of my work place to do work for people who do not appreciate me enough to create the right working conditions so I can do the work for them.

Overall to me this is an old news because more or less I have learned all this in my school.
