I believe that owners wins he did it in a park, and Steve did it in a garage,in a garage encloses the sound and in a park is going to all the addresses.

@Owners1 you can't even be in the car when competing in meca if your score is over 150 can you?

@sonnyXskittles correct.. that's why he had to jump out of the car ASAP or they wouldn't start the meter. we didn't have a remote or the head unit run externally for that run so that's how it had to be done
