OUG Episode 1

Here's an awesome video layout... Took me about 6 hours total plus a bunch of time for multiple takes so it was definitely the video that took me the most time.

AND IT STILL WON'T WORK!!!! I can't figure out how to murder the black bars. I don't give up easily but I can't think of anything else. If ANYBODY knows anything about how to fix it please let me know.
What do you guys think, worth it?
