2007 Pontiac Solstice Quick Look and Review

**** I APOLOGIZE THAT THIS VIDEO HAS SO MUCH WIND NOISE!!!**** I waited almost a week for it to quit raining here in New Mexico, and finally just had to try it on a windy day before I had to give the car back. huh? This Solstice is rated at 26 highway? How is that amazing? Its a 2 seat car with a four cylinder and not all that fast... for comparison a Honda Civic SI is rated at 31 highway. The 2009 Acadia is rated at 25mpg for the 2 wheel drive, and is significantly bigger, heavier, and probably as fast.

The arguments about "good gas mileage" are based on perspective. I drive a two door sports car that gives me 16 city and 18 highway. So 26/28 highway is pretty damn awesome mileage to me.

Is this car comes rear wheel or front wheel drive?

I'd say that the gaz mileage of the 2.4L is ''average''. But with my 2.0L Turbocharged Solstice GXP, I do 7.8 L per 100 km with 290 hp and 340lbs ft of torque, combining city and highway (mostly highway*). The car is all stock, except for the GMPP turbo upgrade. I personnaly think that this little Lotus' engine is a fantastic one! Bad wind noise but still a good review. 5*

I don´t care the bad things about it, I still want it, it´s a cool car, I will have it by the middle of the year I hope. I want it in black colour :)
