  • Is the g12 65 vented through the rear of the magnet?

  • GB has that woody tone...

  • Celestion Gold 00:10

    Celestion G12-65 00:50

    Eminence GB128 1:31

    Gold + G12-65 2:10

    GB128 + Gold 2:51

    Thanks for uploading great samples.

  • The Gold sounds awesome....wow! That's my #1. Next choice would be the G12-65...very nice.

  • The Gold all the way.it's creamier and I like how the notes bloom.

  • 65's sounded the best to me.

  • depends on type of music you'd like to play..

I play blues, and i have 2xG12-65 -8ohm models, and they are just the sweetest things in the world for that kind of music. on 50W head (homemade).

It sounds just beautiful.. mellow, open, just great. be advised that they need 100 hours of playing at medium levels to work out the cones before cranking high..

  • Is the speaker new??? Love the sound man, you're good.

  • @tangypasta if it's loud enough to hear recorded... it's loud enough (it's NOT a stage amp)

  • Useful video.

    Thank you man!!!
