Manji Carve Fist and Just Frame

Notations:
Regular - FC a:B
Just Frame - 2A:5B

Regular causes Recoverable stun on Counter Hit. JF causes unrecoverable stun on Counter Hit.

Use it if you are in crouch and you think your opponent is going to use a fast Vertical to stop a regular Low. It's pretty damn fast, frame-wise.

As for the just frame, again, it's lightning fast and is a Low, closer-range alternative to a:B+K. If you're in really close range and you can pull it off consistently, don't be afraid to throw it out there.

Keep in mind that MCF is an S.Low, so it can be blocked standing. It's main use is to catch attackers off-guard because it's so fast.

As far as combos, try FC a:B CH, REFL A, 6A+BBBB.

For JF, try this.

MCF(Just) CH, 3AB, a:B+K, 66B.
MCF(Just) CH, 3AB, 4AAAAA(just), a:B+K, 66B. Non-AC'able.

Yoshi players, learn it and use it.

@elmerOzo Practise until you can get the timing right? Even then I can only pull off iMCFs 80% of the time on good days, if its a bad day i can't do it at all =/

A player dominates another because of more experience, combos and mindgames, not because of fast, 'white flashy' moves. Any Yoshi player who can do an iMCF can destroy a casual player without using it at all, since he must have a lot of experience in the game before he can even do an iMCF. Astaroth's headbutt is easily more abusable

I never understood how pro's hands work like. It's virtually impossible for me to input any of thise white flashy attacks (dunno how they called in english), specially Manji Carve Fist.

And to be frank, I didn't like the concept of that. Any player (and AI who can do them whenever they please) can easily dominate another by abusing these moves because they're very fast , thus, hard to react to.

Just frame is kinda tricky, but its pretty much means just before the attack actual hits.

Personally, I think Namco created the just input as a learning curve for master players.
