  • Well I would like to go on a water fast, but I do not have the funds or resources to be supervised for it. So I don't see why doing it on your own is wrong. I have recently cured myself from high blood pressure and diabetes by eating healthy and exercising, and I did the Master Cleanse for a month. I think doing it on your own is okay as long as you do it healthfully.

  • Dr Goldhammer is the MAN! Great chiropractor as well!

    My only issue with the clinic is they make your diet overwhelming by not allowing any oil and salt. From what I understand organic extra virgin coconut oil is extremely good for you along with "pink" sea salt which is full of minerals.

  • Im on my 5th days of water fasting and feel great. Thinking of breaking with the fruit juice and raw vegetables as recommended and repeating every two weeks or so.

  • You don't need to be supervised to fast. Here is news for you: you are meant to fast. In fact, your body won't function optimally without periods of fasting. It is totally free....you don't need anyone's help or permission. Just listen to your body...it knows far better than any M.D. what is good for it.
