Navy Trainer Harassment Monday 2009 0727 4:47:26 PM. Navy Cessna Trainer flying out of Bay Minette Public Airport. Run by a civilian navy contracted flight instructor's these planes fly over my house day and night. There was no contract announced by the Navy, these people solicited a contract to train want-to-be navy pilots from Whiting Field in Florida. Instead of having the training take place on a military base where it should be they utilize the Bay Minette Municipal Airport. Navy trainers of one sort or the other have taken over the skies of once quiet Baldwin County. That's gone thanks to the County Commissioners
