I have just started oil painting again after fifty years, ( not bad for a bit of a break ). I can always remember my art teacher in high school pounding on one principle on a regular basis " always work from dark to light ".
I'm taking a few lessons at this time and my instructor for the most part says' likewise.
I certainly appreciate artists like yourself donating their time and expertise and I enjoy watching ( and learning ) thank you.

I am a fantasy writer, i used to watch Bob Ross as a child to inspire my mind in regard setting within a tale and as i watched you bring a mountain to life on that canvas, a new story sprung fourth in my mind. You have the gift lady, thank you for sharing it ~PG~
