The Sims 3 - Modern House 3 "Contemporary House"

I'm so proud of this house. I think its my best one,
This is called the "Contemporary House" This home is great for a large family, It has a large downstairs bedroom that can be use as a guest room or be use for a growing Sim that hasn't yet. There's a Living room with small gym and a place to lounge by the fireplace. The kitchen and Dining Room are connected with a view of the backyard and ocean and door leading to the deck. The upstairs has a Master Suite and three other bedrooms with there own Bath. The pool in the backyard has it's very own small waterfall and a garden you can add to.

@Chelseavdlinden Thank you, I do have all the Expansions Packs but this house was built before WA came out so its all base game content and store items
