Hey Joe! First off, love all the videos thanks for posting them and definitely keep them coming. I believe I have some Rotator Cuff Tendonitis. If this is an injury that you've had before, can you give me any tips on your recovery through this? It's really affecting my upper body workouts.

@cgc Probably harder than normal but not sure if it's the same. I can't do it this way since there's not enough room in my doorway to squeeze a ball in, lol.

these also work using a cable rope extension in most gyms. drape it over the neutral grip pull up bars and there you go. great exercise.

what are the benefits of doing pull-ups like this and just holding a tennis ball in your hand on top of a regular pull-up bar?

@heppsan Yes, another awesome pull up variation. I would actually say towels are slightly harder, depending on where the person has weaknesses. Thanks for commenting!
