I believe Courtney set Dylan up to find the body. During the phone call I believe he caught on to the fact that he was being set up to do *something* and then go scared and refused to check the greenhouse and refused to tell Grant about it. I think then he realized that Kurt was dead and was in the greenhouse. However, I just don't understand after all these years why he just doesn't tell what happened. Kurt was supposedly his best friend.

I'm in Australia. And Tom does all this stuff in his spare time so we'll just have to be patient. :)
He will be releasing new recordings that many (if any) have heard before. It will be in project unplugged. :) But it will be a while because he has to sit through 30 hours of recordings and see what he wants to use :)

@naldis253- The carnation property was another property they had in Seattle, separate from the one they had near Lake Washington. They owned two properties. To see the relevance, I recommend that you go to cobaincasedotcom and justiceforkurtdotcom and if you wish to support Tom, purchase a case manual. I would respond to your other statements, but you'll have to clarify because I don't really understand what you're trying to say.
