This is the 3D portion of the Telepresence demo reel. Telepresence was an animation company in Wareham Massachusetts around 1994. This reel includes animation work by Thomas Sola and Jonathan Field, music by Jonathan Field, with creative input by Paul Ciccotelli, Andrew Phillips, and Dave O'Malley.

Video work was rendered in low-res in six second segments on the Amiga 4000 using the NewTek Video Toaster and LIghtwave 3D v4. The segments were edited together using analog video. The music was produced on an Ensoniq VFX-SD music workstation.

Believe it or not, this fine specimen, combined with a conventional animation short, was nominated for a New England Emmy award in graphic design. It lost though.

Note: the completely black outer space scenes near the beginning looked perfectly beautiful and rich with stars and detail before being put on VHS. Such is life.
