  • That was an abominable way to temper the eggs. You could see bits of the scrambled-ness in your batter. That should be strained out or your pie will taste eggy.

  • you should let the filling cool before adding to crust itll be thicker and wont make ur crust soft :)

  • The filling was not thick enough.
