1967 Chevy Nova Pro Street

1967 Nova Pro street 540ci BBC,Accel DFI fuel injection,TH400 ect... The converter is way to loose. It did'nt come in till almost 5000 rpm's. Engine made 749 hp on engine dyno.

@richieroy1 It has flowmaster series 40 delta force race mufflers on it with 3 1/2'' exhaust from collectors all the way back & dumps at the back side of rear tires.

Those HP#s were from the engine dyno! When we ran it on the chassie dyno we found the converter was way to loose,it would come in & out from 4900rpms all the way upto 6400rpms. If i can ever get time to pull the trans & try a different converter we'll try some more dyno pulls.

that ain`t crap! I got me a 83 cj-7 that can put those kind of numbers down..and thats in Amarillo not a big windy city like yours.
