Vivica A. Fox Visits Cool Mom

This is what a techno lame-o I am. About a month ago, Vivica A. Fox, actress and host of VH1's "Glam God," visited my TV show The Fashion Team. She is good-natured and funny, so I asked her if she would speak to the Cool Moms on my new Flip camera. Yes, she said, no problem. Even though she is not a mom, she knows a lot about looking good on the fly, so I asked her about some simple beauty and style tips for the rest of us.

Then I loaded the Flip to the computer and the video was a small black square. Oops. I had tech support come in (aka, my 14-year-old stepson, Oliver), and we downloaded it again. Here is where I should not have listened to my tech support, or maybe wait until he is out of 9th grade. He said I should delete the original on the camera and I did uh-oh.

Later, a tech-savvy friend came over and said the problem was I needed to download something to read the file and now I would never get the video picture back because I deleted it.

May I say that when the Flip camera says I can just plug it into my computer and watch, I EXPECT that to actually happen? What's with the download?

Fortunately, my tech-savvy girlfriend was somehow able to magically find this lost treasure of fashion advice.

That is just so stupid! When you grow up, painting your face is not the most important thing for you. There is something called educating yourself, becoming a person with good understanding of what is good and what is bad. learning what a friendship is or a good family!

Nowadays most people (men and women) think that having fun and earning money is all that meters! We are losing the most important thinks in our lives... and stupid ways of having fun and earning money are all we think of!

Hi cool mom.

Vivica or whatever is her name doesn't match with my understanding of a good mom or a good person. She is just one more woman ho is tryying to get into the show busines and earn lots of money... she doesn't give a s - - - of other women or how they look or feel!

What bothers me most is the priorities the most women have.

They are all about to have good time and how to pain their faces to look younger.... so the people can like them.
