My Muay Thai brother, sparring partner, fight trainer and cornerman Augie holds pads as per Master K's instructions. This was a lot of fun; we shared a training session with Master K and he gets so excited to think up a drill, have one person get it and then grab the next person to come learn it, or add upon the concept. Always good times. This was the last thing we did, so we've got the exhaustion giggles.
This elbow thing is supposed to be a block, but it kind of looks like a funky elbow here.

  • That was awesome one of my top favorites keep up that great training!.

  • @MrAlan1934 Thanks! Augie is awesome and Master K gets double excited when we're both in a session.

  • Holy crap, Sylvie! Your boxing looks really good here. I don't recall ever seeing your punches this sharp. Man, this video just inspired me to work on my boxing even more. Good job.

  • @MagovernMartialArts Wow, thanks! I feel like I'm snapping back with the punches and keeping my hands up better than before. But it's always hard to tell where one is at because all progress is gradual. Thanks so much for the motivation!

  • Really crisp work. You show us your hard work on things that you're not 100% comfortable with yet that people tend to forget just how smooth your entire game is!

  • Great job Sylvie, nice snap on your punches. Really like the aggression in your punching rhythm. Try leaning a little more forward and see if you don't hit a little harder. Again great job!

  • Sharp! Looks like we have a Masato on our hands!
