General Dextraze was the Chief of the Defence Staff (the equivalent of the US Head of the Joint Chiefs) when I was in the Canadian Armed Forces in the 1970s.

They didn't attack Israel and they didn't allow them to attack Egypt and kill innocent civilians with "tactics" If you call bombing heavy civilian location while they sleep a "tactic" By denying Israel the right to the Suez Canal that was a slap to the face of Israel.
