Ever see what the bottom looks like after one of those nets scrapes by? They tear up a lot of ocean floor. No way all those fluke that came out of that last net survived.

@RIPopperman You should see my yard after my lawn mower passes. Or the field after the farmer plows it. Deadzones, nothing ever grows again...Never said "all those fluke lived", specifically just the one you could see swimming away lived! The insane way NMFS/RIDEM manages the fluke quota is the problem. The Regulatory Discards is the problem. These 'discards' come off the quota. Who & How does that help? Find common ground to fix the problem. Privatizing the fishery is not the answer!
