dosent the m15x only get like 15 mins of battery?
-
@Brittnoiserz If you are buying it just for sims 3 DON'T! it's a waste...you can play sims 3 on a 400$ pc
-
@Kieranevans12 i already bought mine , for me money is not a problem and i just love the ALIENWARE design and features :) so i ofc bought it and so far all games work on maxx :)) i prefer laptops to desktops and my alienware has MXM slot which allows me to replace graphic cards
-
@Rodmaster144 yh but why buy such a heavy machine when you can buy a desktop one for the same price that would wipe the floor with any game , instead of heatting up really badly :L Biggest mistake i made was buying a M15x because i wanted to play games looking back now i would buy a desktop or even build my own pc :)

@LuciferTheKitty get Alienware m17x such a beast of a machine mine has 320 gb harddrive 7200RPM, 6gb ram, 2gb hd radeon 6970 graphic card, I7 processor with 2.20 ghz with up to 3.33 ghz turbo boost , and im telling you i never seen such a powerfull gaming laptop as i have now! every game runs on max settings Witcher 2 all maxed out + ubersampling on MAXX no lag at all i get 45-50 fps all the time same goes for WoW, Crysis 2 , fable 3 etc all games on max truly get it and i only payed 2k euro :)

don't buy Alienware please, it is just lag and it sucks ass
Mr Geek may I ask you a question?
What I'm wondering is if this is a 15inch monitor, HOW THE HELL can it run a 1920x resolution?
If im not mistaken 1920x is for 17 inch monitors?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm just curious how this is possible :)

@ElchinMendes that's generally true, but some laptop monitors and be upgrade to run 19x10 at 15.6inch. its high pixel density though so text and icons (etc) can be really small
