did you paint the engine and the (sub)frame yourself? and how did you do it regarding of the heat?

I'm building my own supermotard and i like the idea of repainting the engine

@gjvdh hi mate, yeah i did. I used Hammerite heat proof pained and it held up well. It was quite hard to get a good finish though, took a lot of work.

Next project I would powder coat it!
