We use this as a finisher after some of our wrestlers workouts. Its extremely taxing....

We use 5 rounds of 20 seconds rope battle with a 20 yard sled drag with no rest. See if you can gut out 2-4 sets.

  • Great work Caleb! Don't know if you remember me but this is Phil, I used to work out at Coffee's with you. Jaime and I worked out, we are the rugby guys. Anyway, I was a very successful wrestler so if you ever want any tweaks or different workouts let me know. I'm sure you've got it covered :-) but I know a few tricks for getting guys in shape from my experience...
