lol.. it makes sense if you watch the japanese version because Utena was insisting Anthy shouldn't call her 'Utena-sama', then the girls all shout 'Utena-sama!!!!!' and that's why she makes that face. (and follows it by saying 'well its ok if THEY call me Utena-sama') :)
