Seriously, I could go on about iTunes store or the Apple TV DVR locks but you won't listen.
Protip: OS X also does all of those checks you've mentioned.

Also DRM is a joke honestly. Even in windows 7, I can crack without any issue any DVD, CD are laughable, and any DRM on games is a joke honestly.
Really? Apple Doesn't do DRM. Fucking retard. Itunes has some aggressive DRM, and same thing with Mac OS (though not as aggressive as Windows 7)
Shut your bias hole, and stop bitching about DRM, since it's joke and anyone with a brain can bypass it.

If you shouldn't get Windows 7 because of DRM you can make that same argument for Mac OS X. Windows maybe a bit more aggressive but Apple is just as complacent.
If DRM is a good reason not to buy Windows, the same applies for Mac OS X.
One is really not better than the other in this regard.
It's like comparing dictatorships.

If you guys hate DRM, stop the piracy that won't get them to stop using it. "Man up", stop buying any and all DVD, Blu-ray, cancel iTunes accounts, cancel Netflix, and do NOT pirate. Stop going to theaters, no more buying CD's.
Within 2-3 months, they'd lose so many tens of billions they'd run to Congress and beg them to get rid of DRM, hell maybe even void the whole DMCA. As long as you don't pirate and tell them it's cause of their DRM and sick greed.

Im not into collecting music on the internet, it's low quality and too expensive. For me getting good music means spending a dollar on a good quality record album at the good will. :)

itunes plus is 256kb so it sounds pretty good but i know what you mean man. I miss the original sound of the LP.
