i suck at timing - i'm sorry. :S
someone asked me in my comments if I know Hollywood Undead and if I could make a lyric video of one of their songs and since I really love this one (and it's basically the only one I know of them - I've listened to others before but can't remember any of them, actually) I decided to just roll with it.
don't own anything, pitched. Thanks for 600+ subscribers! You guys are really fast on subscribing, lol.
Anyway, I finished Bloodlines! It was really amazing, I actually very much liked it. Better than VA at least and I dare say I'll be going to like this whole spin-off series better than the actual books. Because Sydney isn't just this unresponsible, disobedient, stupid heroine that goes off to do idiotic things just because. Sydney overthinks things, and thinks about the consequences her actions might have (of course, she doesn't think about EVERY consequence, but she doesn't just throw herself in life threatening situation out of pure stupidity like Rose). So, yeah, I REALLY like Sydney! And, of course, Adrian was just brilliant and perfect. I actually like how he's coping with his break-up with Rose, how he's trying to act indifferent but when Jill's talking about his emotions, they're all over the place and all he can think about is Rose. I really like my boys broken, I realize. Also, I really like Sydrian, hell, I SHIP THEM VERY MUCH. Of course, at first I was like "human/vampire .... twilight .... shit." but still. They're nothing like Bella and Edward. What I really liked (but at the same time found quite disappointing, but I think I rather like it xD) is that there was nothing rushed about their relationship. There was a fondness of each other there from the very beginning, but you could actually follow their relationship through the whole book. They weren't all over each other after about 200 pages of just having known each other and especially since Sydney isn't too fond of vampires in general, it's amazing how she devolops her feelings for Adrian. That's what I really like about them.
Also, I finished reading Half-Blood some days ago, and I have to say, it really is like another Vampire Academy. Basically EVERYTHING's the same, there's even dudes who can wield elements just like the Moroi. But, despite this rip-off stuff, I found it quite entertaining. I'm definitely going to buy Pure, because I want to know what's going to happen next. Though a lot of the plot was very predictable (really, as soon as Alex read about that second Apollyon it was clear to me she was going to be such a second Apollyon.) and though Alex was such a facepalm heroine like Rose, who's slightly bitchy and goes off leaving safety to do REALLY stupid things that just end in her letting herself be caught by monsters who want to kill her/turn her into an evil monster, it was good. I can recommend it.
But, you know what? I feel like I ship Seth/Alex more than Aiden/Alex even if I know EXACTLY what the outcome's going to be. Why can't I like the guy who obviously gets the girl better? I can think of only one case where I like the "winning" guy and the winning ship better than the alternative, and that's Ash/Meghan in the Iron Fey. Well, whatever.
@iElectrifiedd Just curious: Have you ever heard of a band called D.R.U.G.S. (Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows)? Another band similar to what you put up is The Friday Night Boys. They have a couple of good songs.
