  • Come on, we were all kids once. All it takes is one kid to know that someone died in the house to talk and spread rumours. It is easily possible that the girl found out via another kid or over hearing. That kind of stuff would spread like wildfire in my school when I was young like 'did you hear about the old man that died...'. As for the voice, my niece of six can put's that on easily, perhaps not for hours but then again she's five years younger.

  • Come on people. Are you saying that she, at the age of eleven and twelve, was such a skilled child that she could have hoaxed everything. From moving furniture on their own into being more skilled in speaking than a heavy metal singer? I doubt it. Plus, the best evidence is that when a doctor put her to sleep with medicine, and she was found minutes later laying on top of a radio.

  • One of the children has since admitted this was a HOAX and Janet DID jump up from the bed, and made the GHOST VOICE.

  • @celebritysketches If the police even say they saw objects move by themselves then obviously something strange was going on!

  • This still scares the living shit out of me

  • @tomspy77 yeah i heard that and not the ghost voice summert else i have head phones on too

  • The one about the "Enfield Poltergiest" is also in "Haunted Britiain"

  • I mean, if she was that talented she could now be making a fortune like David Copperfield or someone. I'd certainly have cashed in on a skill like that.So why didn't she if she was hoaxing?

  • I think some of it was faked as she admitted herself but it does stretch the imagination to believe she was a) the best ventriloquist in Britain and b) an extremely skilled magician capable of fooling the police, a scientist , journalists, passers-by, her neighbours, etc etc. There obviously was something strange. I was struck by what someone said-ie that poltergeist activity usually doesn't last more than a year.Perhaps, then, at the beginning it was real and the latter part was faked.

  • Wheres number 6/7???

  • @tomspy77

It was the Poltergeist?? in think ???
