Rugal from 2002 is arguably one of the hardest bosses from any King Of Fighters game. Genocide Cutter has insane priority and virtually no startup delay. His Kaiser Wave also comes out at ridiculous speeds, unless charged. Definitely a VERY tough fight. One for the record books.

Rugal was hard as fuck in this game. I beat him with Ryo, Terry, And Clark. He really knows how to kick the shit out of you with that genocide cutter. Good job with K' at the end too.

@Victorys1996 I basically prefer Norio Wakamoto over Toshimitsu Arai myself because the former actually did voice roles in anime unlike the latter. :3 (Wakamoto was Cell in DBZ)

I wish Wakamoto would voice Rugal again instead of Arai.
