@usainlightning Good question. I've just checked, and if you search the web for "Tony Blair talks to Newsnight", you'll find BBC web pages that suggest it was broadcast on 16 May 2002. The BBC has also published transcripts; hurrah for accessibility!

@lo1lawl Paxman's one of the UK's most respected news anchors. He's respected because - as in this interview with Blair - he avoids sycophancy. Also, unlike, say, Bill O'Reilly, Paxman generally doesn't attempt to measure his interviewees against arbitrary views of his own: he measures them against their own stated standards, which is much fairer.
