@mark4tk After just listening to the UK mix, I have to agree with you. The guitar is mixed down quite a bit, and has less bite in this version. This mix isn't bad, but the UK mix is better. What an awesome song.

Great song from a fine album, they should have released it as a single. I bought the old Uk cd version off Amazon for a fiver recently. I know some fans didn't like the mix of the original UK release but it sounds ok to my ears. Never really cared much for 1987, well produced but too overblown imo.
