Russia has nothing to learn about but America does.
America has to learn how to sneak nuclear materials into neighboring countries to poison their leaders and dissidents. America has to learn to kick out investors and steal their infrastructure projects and investments. America has to shut down newspapers and TV stations and kill journalists that criticize their policies.
Russia has learned these lessons and taught America the way forward.
The future is brightly dim comrades.
