Londonderry Air - Physicist demonstrates sound with a Euphonium.

A physics teacher demonstrates harmonics on a brass instrument by playing the traditional tune, 'Londonderry Air' (Danny Boy).

The video takes a humorous twist when the teacher comes out side by side with himself and performs the tune in both a traditional version and in a jazzy stepped up version, on the same horn.

Variety is good!

I tend to favor the traditional version but can always appreciate when someone puts a spin on it to give a different perspective . In regards to physics, I'm sure there is something more to learn from this video than what I am seeing.

If I had an inspirational teacher like you I wouldn't have quit school and ruined my life.
