The Mystical Ordinator - Morrowind

Well let's see. This is pretty old, but a few years back when my husband was playing Morrowind: Game of the Year Edition on Xbox, he came across this Ordinator in Vivec. We're not sure exactly what the glitch is here. Something is wrong with his polygons so that they're like inside out or something. Also his character model kind of sticks on the screen at one point, and goes behind the khajiit's model at another... That part is hard to explain, you just have to watch it. There are no cheat devices, codes, hacks, or user-made glitches in use here. What you see all happened on its own... Creepy!

The song is a remix of the X-Files theme found on the Pure Moods CD. As for the health bar, that was a special feature of the Game of the Year edition on the Xbox.

Mmm, the PC version of Morrowind is still pretty buggy, even all these patches later.

*ahem* anyway, this Ordinator has clearly been divinely blessed by Lord Vivec. Nothing to worry about.

The polygons are either FLIPED to face a different axes, or they are made invisible, so the inside layer of the polygon, is visible. You could call it "force-two sided", you can render/make a mesh double sided. Perhaps the render engine in the game was "glitching" and only rendering the inside of the model/texture/layer.
