This is just a little something I shot for my pal Nero at www.saberforum.com who is a BIIIIIIG fan of the Luke RotJ sabers. I was playing around with some different configurations of my US Archon V2 and some TCSS parts, working on getting it modded up as my Sister's X-Mas gift, and I realized rather suddenly that there was a way to make a Luke out of it with the parts I had on hand. I didn't leave it this way, as I had a better idea for her gift, but shot this quick video just to show off the configuration for those (like Nero) who might want to try it themselves. The extra parts from www.thecustomsabershop.com ran something like $45, which isn't bad, though if you're skilled you can do it cheaper buying one of the sleeveless boxes and attaching it directly to the US body of the saber.
Hope you enjoy! Lemme know if you have any questions. :)
@QuiTomHelms Yeah, I shoulda sprung for the polished, but I was cheap. lol That, and I didn't think it would be quite as rough as it was. It really has loads of little scratches and marks all over it. XP
Glad you like the idea! If you try it using the No 7 or No 8 boxes, be sure to also use Choke Style 1 Short, it seems to be the only piece I could find that the sleeve will fit over.

The polished one would have matched more, but a good suggestion. I've actually been thinking about having some boxes added to a couple of sabers myself.
