Rhapsody Rabbit was released November 9, 1946, while The Cat Concerto was released April 26, 1947. Based on the release dates it looks like HB copied Friz.

sure it is, in those times mgm and warner used to copy every idea, ou remember when the cat concerto appeared, AFriz freeleng did it the same with bugs bunny and some kind of mouse, but tom and jerrys version was better, and of course made by hanna barbera

this is a knock-off of a syvester and tweety cartoon with the bull dog and his broken leg, the old lady nurse, ect
