On 4/30/9, Rev. Al Sharpton's National Action Network VP Chris Peeples moderated a panel of professionals who have experience with ACS (NYC's Administration of Children's Services) and CPS (Child Protection Service). The discussion centered on what has gone wrong with a system where children spend an average of 54 months in foster parent homes, identifying problems with how the system works and proposed solutions to the problems.

John Chichester- Director, Equal Parenting Party (Licensed Private Investigator).
Natasha Riley Attorney, Juvenile Court System.
Molly Murphy- NYC Council General Welfare Committee Staff Counsel

This took place at the National Action Network's House of Justice Headquarters, located in New York, NY.
