YO Elliot, Im a former semi pro Rugby League player now taking up MMA, My question is, can you immatate any of the movements you have just shown in this video at a Gym? I dont have the kegs or tyres to do outdoors Im just curious if their is any mirrored techniques that has the same effect as these exercises? keep up the great work pal, regards from the UK, big fan
I'm 17 years old and started bodybuilding when i was 16. I've been through many different sorts of splits and routines that i've either discovered or have been reccomended to me. Chest/tri's back/bi's, push/pull, upper/lower, full body compound and my recent favourite: powerlifting and functional strength training (inspired by you). However, the real question is how you keep such strict adherence to your lifestyle and schedule in terms of motivation to do what you need to do and keep improving?
i wanna reach and go over 400 pounds on bench - how till sommer...? ...i need about 30 pounds for that...
