Inspired True Blood as in David Ball jumped on the band wagon and created the television series after Twilight came out, not that she inspired Charlaine Harris to write the Sookie Stackhouse novels. Same goes for The Vampire Diaries, it too came out before Twilight did.

I peronally think that, if you are wriiting a book about creatures like vampires and such, you can do with them whatever you please. Let them sparkel, let their skin be stange colors, whatever. It's not like there is a code and a book of rules to go by when writting about such things. It's called IMAGINATION, people have it. If you don't, something's wrong with you.

I love at the part in 6:47 where she said "To think I came to be good at writing" and the interviewer is all like "Bitch please."

She literally stated that Twilight was created for a selfish reason, and that she didn't do much research. You preach about imagination, and yet, praise someone that wouldn't know true imagination if it hit her in the butt. Imagination is not making everything remotely perfect and flawless, or describing a person's features prolong amount of times. It's about creating deminsions around those flaws and imperfections.

Imagination, eh? Where the hell does imagination come into play with someting that's very shallow and altogether very unimaginative. Imagination is using that original mythology and creating your own vibe around it to and embracing it as your own. She was just too damn lazy to delve into the possibilities, and just picked ideas that she thinks is " pretty". I have nothing against sparkling, but I do have something against someone claiming this woman has a lick of imagination or creativity.

The only reason fans want to be Bella is so that they can be with Edward (whom is supposed to be cold as ice, wow that's gotta be great to hug and snuggle with for a lifetime) not because Bella has anything appealing. In a way Bella is everything teens hate about themselves.
