Harry talks about how Congress never passes a budget on time, and instead rams through a 3500+ page omnibus bill at the end of the year without reading it, having appropriated millions of dollars to all sorts of things nobody knows about. He also talks about Ron Paul, federal withholding, sunset provisions, the Clinton Surplus myth, stealing from social security, paths to getting libertarians elected, and how the power we give politicians today will one day fall into the hands of people you violently disagree with.
