@trigga1uk Possibly because he is not concentrated exclusively on Europe. He has a broader vision of world affairs, something Farage might just lack. And he does have a certain level of education, so thought Farage as being something of a farce. And, after all, he does seem to like Cameron as PM... They do, after all, make a magnificent duo against the EU and its orgy of corruption and opacity.

Hannan is a "tory" because he want power without responsibility, hence why he is a euro MP. Paid for turning up and never having to do anything. Jus tlook at his employment history....that'll tell you what a giant he is.

This is common throughout history, if someone speaks out and speaks sense; the powers that be attack their credability to maintain their grip and control.
