  • yeah its the plateau. Happens to everyone. Just toss away a few of your workouts and adopt some new ones.

  • I've been working out for the last 2 years and I've seen improvments. my biceps is a good decent size. I move up in weight but they seem to not get bigger, which is what I want. I think it is called the plateau effect. Now do you know anything about that? and if so doing these different workouts will give me more resolts results? thanks.
