Drew Hutton enters Chinchilla courthouse after spending the night in the Toowoomba watchhouse, and looks in good spirits. Drew was arrested at the Tara Estate Blockade on Bryce Keating's property, where he was there at the request of the property owner. Drew has been charged under section 805 of the Petroleum and Gas Act (2004), which makes it illegal for a landholder to prevent a gas mining company from accessing their property.

This is part of the Lock the Gate campaign, where farmers and landholders across Australia are resisting the encroachment of coal and gas mining activities onto private land.
